FREE, FAST Shipping:

    1. Expedited (Free)
      Most of our products are shipped for free, with the exception of smaller items which will have a small shipping fee listed during your checkout. Courier: USPS Priority Mail unless a another option is chosen.
    1. Handling time – If your order is received before 11 a.m. Pacific Time, we normally ship the product out the same day. After 11 a.m. Pacific Time, the order is shipped out the next business day.

      Every order is tracked and you will receive a tracking number the same day the product is shipped out. If you don’t receive tracking, please check your Spam Folder as many providers are marking messages as Spam incorrectly. 

    2. Delivery Times: 2-4 Days (Excluding Holiday Deliveries)

      We do not ship via any discounted services such as SmartPost or SurePost as they don’t deliver in a timely manner.

You will receive the tracking number within 24 business hours of placing your order to the email address you used on your order form.

Support and Returns:

All products sold through VCS come with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. The time starts when the order is received and must be received back within the 30 day window.  You also receive a 1 year warranty for parts and service from Voice Caddie.

We would rather you return the item that not be happy with your purchase. If you not satisfied with your purchase please send us an email:

We will respond with an RMA and information to return your product within 24 Business Hours. Return request are not processed on weekends. Don’t be concerned if you are close to your return window and it’s the weekend. We will gladly extend the window a few days so you will had time to get the unit back to us.

Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Do you ship the product back without an RMA number. RMA numbers are needed to process  your refund.

We process refund request within 48 hours of receiving your product back. The refund will go back to the same card you used to purchase your item.  WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY RESTOCKING OR HANDLING FEEs.
